Not complaining, not whining, just saying there are reasons I’m so bad at jumping. And recently I’ve figured out that I was crippling myself because apparently I had internalized Newtonian physics so much that I wasn’t even trying to jump around corners.
It took me forever to graduate from WASD.
I’ve been playing them for about 19 months, and I’m 58 years old. Most of you folks probably grew up with MMOs. Speaking as a kitten-poor jumper, It looks a jillion times harder than King Jalis’s Refuge, and an order of magnitude longer. I cheated and looked at the video walk-thru of Urmaug’s Secret. (That’s the one by the waterfall in the NE corner of LA) I believe Urmaug’s Secret is the easiest due to the shortness of it, the ease of the jumps, but mostly the quick access to it.
